Meet the Pyles

We are the Pyles! 

Born and raised in the little town of Berne, Indiana, we had our hearts set on raising our own family in the community we had grown up loving. We never expected God to throw us a huge curve ball in 2013. That curve ball led to us packing up all our belongings and moving out of the country in 2015. Currently, we are living life in the Dominican Republic serving with a ministry called Freedom International. We have a bilingual Christian School near Ramon Santana where we currently have 500 students enrolled in ten levels for the 2020-2021 school year. Each year, another grade will be added. The final goal is for the school to grow to 1,800 students.

Our ultimate desire is to see people glorify the Lord in all areas of life. We believe that long-term discipleship is the way that lives are changed.  To learn more about who Freedom is and what we are doing, click here!
